We will start with a dry brushing to promote circulation and remove the dead skin. Areas with chronic problems will be emphasized using specific techniques such as dynamic cupping, guasha, wood therapy, reflexology or trigger point therapy. Wrap up this therapeutic session with a soothing acupressure of the hands, feet and scalp.
